My Lady, Never Lose Hope For It Is Never Too Late To Marry.

On 11 February 2015, the telegraph,a UK daily newspaper carried a sad news of a young woman who killed herself after she struggled with the fact she was unmarried and had no children by the age of 30. She was a Hospital administrator by name Rachel Gow, 29. The lady had wanted to walk up the aisle and have a family of her own but became “troubled” that she achieved neither. As a result, she took her own life.

Yes, getting married is the ultimate desire of most ladies, but when a lady reaches a certain age without getting married she begins to lose hope of ever getting married in life. I used to tell ladies I am in contact with never to lose hope of ever getting married if they believe in destiny. So long as the issues I pointed out in “top reasons why some ladies may never marry are not in them”.

For instance, there was this lady I know, 47 years of age but still single. I came to know this lady one day she made one comment in our church while we were discussing on the marriage issue. The comment was in Igbo “marriage gbakwa-oku” that mean “let marriages go to blazes”. By reason of that comment, I picked interest in the lady and cornered her for a private discussion. I found out that she was despondent about marriage as she has lost hope of ever getting married in life.

Somehow I managed to raise her hope telling her that it was never too late for her to marry if GOD has destined her to marry. I advised her to present herself for deliverance in the first place because I suspect spirit husband may be responsible for her not been married.

She accepted my advice and went for deliverance. True to my fear it turned out to be spirit husband and a spell placed on her by her stepmother that was responsible. Please see my article on “top reasons why some lady may never marry”.

After her deliverance, I schooled her on packaging oneself and advised her to overlook the issue of marriage but be herself and focus her attention on serving GOD. She agreed and re-joined the children dept. in the church she had left earlier.

One faithful day, a 2 years old boy messed up and the lady took it upon herself to clean the boy. That boy had a 4 years older brother who saw what happened and reported the incident to his father. Another day the boy messed up again but while the lady was cleaning up the boy his father arrived and saw the lady even though the lady did not see the man nor knew him as the father of the boy.

To prove to you about destiny, the boy became fond of the lady and started calling her mummy while as others children do call her aunty. Initially, the lady was angry at the boy for calling her mummy but I advised her not to. One thing I should point out here is the fact that the lady was herself; she did not know the father of the boy.

Every Sunday when the boys come back from church, the little boy will tell his father that his mummy did this and that. To show that it was destiny calling, one day the father of the boy went to the children church to see the person the boy was calling her mummy, when he arrived, he met the boy crying insisting that the lady carry him.

The lady gave money to somebody to go and buy biscuits for the boy while she carried the boy and continued her teaching. The boy kept quiet immediately the lady carried him.

After the man had observed these, he decided to marry the lady to take care of his two boys since the boys are fond of her including one of them calling her mummy. The mother of the little boy had died while giving birth to him and the boy did not know his mother, that may be the reason the boy thought the lady was his mother. That is to say, the man was a widower and needed to remarry.

The parent of the man initially opposed the marriage saying the man should marry a younger lady who could give him more children as they thought the lady was too old as to bring forth any child from her womb. But the man refused and married the lady insisting that he was ready to make do with two boys he had already assuming the lady did not give birth to any child again.

To show that the hand of GOD was behind that marriage, the lady became pregnant after four months of their marriage and at the end of nine months, she gave birth to identical twin girls. The man bought a jeep for the lady and they are living happily after.

I wrote the above testimony to show you that no matter the age of a lady; she can still marry if she meets the requirements of packaging herself. By the way, the woman the General overseer of Deeper Christian Life Ministry what was her age? You too can still marry irrespective of your age!
